3. What now?

1. Tree’s swaying, drifting, the gentle breeze flows through my chocolate hair. Paddocks of emptiness are slowly flooding with spotted cows. Drops of water drip onto the drenched teary grass.
2. The colossal swamp comes into view. Step by step we make our way into the deathly deep waters of the vast and abundant swamp. Feet trot across the cluttered and chaotic mess that we call a swamp. A thought to be steady foot slips into a brown sticky,slippery grass filled swamp. I yank my muddy contaminated grimy leg out.
3. I deflate… my white socks were now a gross greeny brownish sock. I grasped the hose with forlorn in me. The mouth spits out the water. My white polluted socks become a snow white colour. My happiness had been restored. But what about my boots.

Short Spiky Purple hair. Diamond blue eyes with a sprinkle crystals. Her face is like a dot to dot puzzle. Freckles rule the world. Pale pink lips. White as cloud teeth. Who is it? My helpful, attractive and let's not forget merry mum. Her smile shines in the dark and there is nothing more to expect, that she is a great mum!!

1. The crunching beneath my feet. The bitter wind brushes past me. The plastic floats side to side. The green shrubs. The tall tree’s. It’s so much to take in. We step inside of the microscopically small shelter. Mud splashes everywhere. The Paintball shooting comes into view. It was phenomenal.
2. Into the peaceful paintball shed, we roamed. It was wonderful. It was harmonious. It was calm. Until… BOOM BOOM BOOM. The paintball guns, uhhh they ruin everything. Outspoken orange was the colour today. Finally my turn, it took so long, (it actually didn’t I was the third person. I steady the black iced gun. Ready. Sety. Go. I make a quick decision to do rapid fire. All I hear is sounds of tin, ( that’s good). That was an extremely quick turn, (but it was amusing. “Time for lazer tag” someone chanted. We paraded our way proudly to the lazy tag area. It’s on.

Track Making

Today we made a track for a marbel,
Our time was 2:91,
So the rules were 1pt for each second it rolls and -5 each touch (includes off track).

Museum Visit

Today we went to the Museum and I learnt:
1. That Uenuku was turned into a rainbow,
2. That Uenuku was found in Lake Ngaroto,
3. That Uenuku is sacred,
4. That Uenuku spirit is in the stone,
5. Some People cry when they see Uenuku,
6. People come from overseas to see Uenuku,
7. Uenuku is over 500 Years old,
8.  The spikes on his statue are representing the 7 colors in the rainbow,
9.  That you are not aloud to touch or take a photo of Uenuku.
10. That Uenuku belongs to the Te Awamutu museum.

Immense balloons bob up and down like ecstatic kangaroos. Cheerful children dash eagerly to get into the vast line. It's like a multicoloured wonderland, it's a dream come true. My Heated heart jumps out of my  body. This is going to be a long day.

Im Almost there. Super sticky saliva filled my mega mouth. Finally… at the front of the staggering long line. What to choose, what to choose. I finally settled on crunchy chips beautiful chips. I open my colossal mouth and… CHOMP, i've never tried something this delicious before. My mega mouth asks for more, but no more money.

My car slowly drifts away from the colorful gala, well that was one of the best days of my life.

The crazy crowd.  The super supporters. It’s just too much.  The tuckered out Teachers line up.  The silly students line up.

The whistle sings in my ears.  They’re off.  The red racing car speeds ahead of the students, WAIT… They’re ahead, the students are ahead.  The red racing car, swims like no one else, Mrs green T-shirt dives in, almost hitting the ground.  SPLASH!!! Perfection.  The crowd goes wild.  They jump up and down like a bouncey ball. Back to the rase, Oh No… They won…

They won… They can’t.  They won’t.  THEY DID.  My life is ruined!!! (it's not actually not, i'm just really dramatic). The Tuckered out teachers were triumphant!!!

The Mean Lady

Trotting around in the jumbo supermarket , I see my Thoughtful mum. Well I thought so. But it was just a grumpy old lady. So she had a bald head , white eyebrows  AND she had sooooooo much makeup on, she had blood red lipstick on. Bright pink (it made my eyes bleed). She was wearing an amazingly ugly dress on, ohhhh and did I mention that she was plump. I mean like no one I had ever seen was that fat, I think that the size would be about XXXL (well at least that's what i think) oh and the dress was soooo hippy. I almost screamed. I sprinted to my mum. I hoped that it was a bad dream, but… no, I wish I could unsee what I have seen.

wk 4 writing - The Tomato

A fiery red tomato blazes up in my mouth and cools back down.  Mmm.  Sweet, sour, spicy, all jammed up in that tiny tomato.  Very powerful yet subtle flavors.  It's gone.  The flavors are gone.  Just gone.  It just vanished.  I snatched another one off the vine.  I start the process again.
